As advisor to the South Atlantic Fisheries Management Council and many years as a famous charter boat captain, Mr. Fish saw the need for a gourmet seafood market in South Florida, an area primed in becoming a culinary haven for fresh fish and the exceptional, seasonal native stone crab. This dream led to the first Mr. Fish store in Pompano Beach. Now, celebrating our 25th year, we still pride ourselves on the quality and service that made Mr. Fish famous and take pleasure in bringing the finest fresh seafood to our customers. |

Our most recent addition is Mrs. Fish, our signature chef and graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute. She has expanded the pre-cooked department by training sous-chefs on offering fresh, exciting prepared foods, creating exciting sauces and condiments, such as our world-renowned stone crab sauce, and filling a void in Mr. Fish’s heart.
Our Fish in a Flash delivery division -- shipping overnight orders nationwide via FedEx, and the Mrs. Fish pre-packaged product line have been met with great success. Fish in a Flash brings fresh seafood catches and the exotic stone crab to every doorstep, no matter where in the country they may be.
